Sports Massage is a Deep Tissue Massage with focus on specific areas, usually having to do with the overused areas for your particular sport or activity. One session can address problem areas and possibly get you back to normal. Sometimes it takes several sessions, and if we could suggest...that you make massage a regular part of your training schedule.

Deeper than the "Relaxation Massage" and not as specific as a "Sports Massage", our Deep Relaxation Massage uses deeper pressure on the legs, arms and back for the person wanting a combination from both worlds. This is not painful, not specific on any area, and deeply relaxing.

This Swedish style of massage is excellent for first time massage clients. This massage uses long gliding strokes towards the heart with warm oil on the skin, and gentle kneading of the superficial muscles which promotes general relaxation and allows the client to move from a sympathetic state to a parasympathetic state where deep relaxation is achieved. This massage is pain free and will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and renewed.
